Birgham Photo Club - Photos of the Month

July, August, & September !

Having cancelled our September meeting and enjoyed our summer outing to Yetholm in August, our September meeting was rather busy with decisions taken on Photos of the Month for July, August and September!  Alongside this we started our planning for our Annual Exhibition to be held in Birgham Village Hall on Saturday 25th October - a date for your diary."

Photos of the Month: July - theme Hills, winner John Meek with a super panorama of Glen Nevis

August - theme Yetholm Outing, winner Mike Wales captured the humour in a pile of old boots

September - theme Harvest, winner Joyce Martin didn't have to stray far from her garden to capture this night photo of the pea harvest. 

ALTHOUGH OUR WEE VILLAGE CAN'T BOAST ANY ICONIC LANDMARKS AS SUCH, WE STILL HAVE A FEW NOTABLE SCENIC VIEWS AND INVARIABLY THERE WILL OFTEN BE AN INTERESTING ASPECT OF SCOTTISH COUNTRY LIFE THAT THE CAMERA CAN CAPTURE.
